Perfect for all skin types, especially dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin, our Rose Water Toner was formulated to soften and rebalance skin. It also contains natural anti-inflammatory properties to reduce redness and skin irritation. Vegetable glycerin has been added as a humectant – it attracts and retains water molecules so it is a very useful hydrator.
